  • No heat affected zone as a result of the cold cutting process
  • Clean edge with little secondary clean up needed
  • Minimal tool radius even in thick materials
  • Almost no taper in most materials using 5 axis machines taper compensation ability
  • Ability to cut tapers into parts in one operation
  • Tolerance of +/-.005 is common and tolerances as close as +/- .001 are possible for certain materials
